If you have dental insurance, please let our office manager know.  We accept most major types of dental insurance and will be glad to file claims on your behalf.  We also serve as an “In Network” dentist for the following companies:

If you have questions about your dental insurance and coverage, contact your insurance provider.  Insurance information will be obtained for payment purposes prior to your first dental visit.
